Is there an Exchange server involved in this problem anywhere? If so, please post the version, service pack and update rollup hotfix level. Also let us know what client you're using.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

My version Exchange is Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP2 (Version: 14.02.0247.005, no update rollup).
My client using OWA (90%) and Microsoft Outlook 2010 (10%).
